Feb 3: Harassment. An employee of Burger King, 1980 Rahncliff Court, said a man claiming to be "Bob," the Ramsey County Sheriff, called and asked if he could pick him up in a limousine and take him to a hotel to have a drink.
NORTHFIELD, MINN.
March 16: False alarm. A caller reported that a dog was tied up with rope all around its legs, mouth and body in the 900 block of N. Linden St. It turned out that it was not a dog, but a deer lawn ornament wrapped with Christmas lights.
